This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

Three Payment Options

1.  Pay in full: Full tuition is paid at the time of registration
2.  A 3-month plan: Pay the deposit at the time of registration and pay the remainder over the following 2 months
3.  A 6-month plan: Pay the deposit at the time of registration and pay the remainder over the following 5-months (with all payments made by November 15th at the latest).

If you are registering multiple players from one household AND/OR a goalie (Squirts and older), please contact Christine Stone (stonechristine059@gmail.com) for special codes prior to registering.

Tuition for the 24-25 season is as follows: 

*At registration, ALL Mites players will be initially billed $650 for the season and, for the payment plans, are responsible for paying a deposit of $50. After evaluations, players will either be rostered on a Travel Mite (total tuition: $1250) or Instructional Mite (total tuition: $650) team. Travel Mite players will be invoiced for the remaining tuition amount.

^NEW this season - "Skills only" registration. Skaters who register for "skills only" registration would be eligible to attend all SYHA skills sessions, stick-and-puck sessions, and bonus programming (clinics, etc) with their appropriate age level. "Skills only" participants will NOT be rostered to a team. USA Hockey number is still required for this option. 

This could be the perfect option for the skater who can't make a full commitment to a travel team, but wants to continue skating with friends, or is an older player who isn't quite ready to play on a team. 

If you did not attend/pay for Evals in April '24, $50 will be added to your registration fee.
 If you have any overdue payments from a previous season, those are due in full before a child is rostered onto a 24-25 team.

SYHA will continue to provide game jerseys as needed for the upcoming season. Jerseys will not be distributed and roster placements will not occur until the 2024-2025 USA Hockey confirmation number, which may be obtained after April 1, 2024, has been provided.

Financial Aid: We understand that tuition fees may be a challenge for many families.  Tuition assistance can be requested.  SYHA is committed to supporting any child who wants to play hockey.  Requests for tuition assistance are need-based and should be submitted through the tuition assistance form. Once you go through this registration process, you will have the option to access the financial aid form.  The financial aid registration deposit is $25 per child. All requests will be kept in confidence.
 

Please note that tuition assistance will be prioritized for families with players who are not playing club hockey.

As of August 1st 2024, USA Hockey requires all minor athletes wear a neck guard.

Each Player must register with USA Hockey after April 1st and then provide their 2024-2025 US Hockey confirmation number to SYHA.

Jerseys will not be distributed and roster placements will not occur until the 2024-2025 USA Hockey confirmation number has been provided.
